Brandley ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our platform and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide (e.g., name, email, profile details, platform handles) and usage data (e.g., how you use the platform, device and log information). Once you sign in, we use cookies and similar technologies to measure how the product is used so we can improve it. We do not run product analytics on signed-out visitors to our public pages, and we do not use these technologies for advertising.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve our services, match brands with creators, process transactions, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers who assist our operations, with other users as needed for the platform (e.g., campaign collaboration), or when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your Rights & Data Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights — including to access, correct, or delete your personal data — email privacy@brandley.ai. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. You can also delete your Brandley account directly at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

YouTube API Services

Brandley's creator discovery uses YouTube API Services. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We retrieve and store public YouTube data (channel and video metadata, statistics, and aggregated analysis of public comments) to power creator search and insights; we do not access private YouTube account data. Google's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke Brandley's and Google's access to your data at any time via the Google security settings page.

Creator Discovery uses public YouTube channel and video metadata through YouTube API Services. Cached YouTube metadata is refreshed or removed within 30 days. Brandley fit labels are our own analysis.

To produce those fit labels and campaign suggestions, public YouTube channel and video metadata (titles, statistics, topic categories, and aggregated comment-intent distributions) is sent to AI models we operate on AWS Bedrock. The AI provider does not retain or train on this data. No private YouTube account data is sent, and raw comment text is never persisted.

To delete your Brandley account, use Settings → Delete Account. YouTube-sourced data we've cached on your behalf is deleted as soon as possible and in any case within 7 calendar days of your deletion request. This is separate from, and faster than, the 14-day grace period we apply to your general Brandley account data before hard-deletion.

Deleting your data from Brandley does not delete any data stored by YouTube or Google. To remove data held by YouTube itself, contact YouTube/Google directly via YouTube's support channels. For Brandley data requests or privacy questions, contact privacy@brandley.ai.

Gmail & Google API Services (Limited Use)

If you connect your Gmail account, Brandley uses Google API Services to (a) send outreach emails you compose or approve from your own Gmail address, and (b) detect replies to outreach threads that Brandley itself sent, so we can display those replies in your campaign conversation view and classify their intent for you. We only process messages belonging to threads Brandley sent on your behalf; we do not read the rest of your mailbox.

Brandley's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular: we do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell Google user data; no humans read your messages except with your explicit consent, or where necessary for security, abuse investigation, or legal compliance; and we do not use Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Reply classification is performed by AI models we operate solely to provide the feature to you; the AI provider does not retain or train on this data.

You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Brandley (which revokes our access token with Google and deletes stored tokens) or from your Google Account permissions page. Cached message data tied to your account is deleted when you disconnect or delete your Brandley account.

TikTok Shop

When you connect a TikTok Shop seller account, Brandley accesses your authorized TikTok Shop data through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Seller API, governed by TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Creator discovery is limited to TikTok Shop Creator Affiliates, and availability depends on your seller region and TikTok-approved scopes.

We store encrypted authorization tokens and the TikTok Shop marketplace metrics needed to power creator discovery (commerce performance, audience, and content signals). Recommendation scores, confidence and risk indicators, and expected-outcome estimates are Brandley's own analysis of that data.

You can revoke Brandley's access at any time from the TikTok Shop Seller Center, or by disconnecting the shop in Brandley. Deleting your Brandley account removes the TikTok Shop tokens and cached marketplace data we hold on your behalf.

Instagram & Meta Platform Data

When a brand connects its Instagram professional account, Brandley uses Meta's Instagram Creator Marketplace API (via Facebook Login for Business) to receive Platform Data on the brand's behalf: creator marketplace profiles (name, bio, follower count, categories, interests, languages, predicted location and demographic buckets, contact email where the creator has shared it, and past brand partnerships) and, for creators who have joined Instagram's Creator Marketplace, engagement insights and audience demographics.

We process this data solely to provide creator discovery, evaluation, and campaign-matching features to the connecting brand: results are displayed in that brand's workspace and cached to power those features. We do not sell Platform Data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Cached Platform Data is deleted when the brand disconnects Instagram or deletes its Brandley account, and is refreshed or removed in line with Meta's data-retention requirements. You can disconnect Instagram at any time in Brandley, or remove Brandley's access from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. Brandley's use of Platform Data is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Delete Your Data

Anyone whose data Brandley processes can request deletion, whether or not they hold a Brandley account:

  • In the app: use Settings → Delete Account to delete your Brandley account and associated data (14-day grace period before hard deletion; platform-sourced data such as YouTube caches is removed faster, within 7 days).
  • By email: send a request to privacy@brandley.ai — we respond to verified requests within 30 days. This channel is available to everyone, including creators who do not use Brandley.
  • Per connection: disconnecting Gmail, Instagram, or TikTok Shop in Brandley (or revoking access from Google Account permissions, Facebook Business Integrations settings, or the TikTok Shop Seller Center) deletes the tokens and cached platform data tied to that connection.
